The link in Far Cry 6 may entice you to a new game -apkrig

Players have to wait another two days for the release of Far Cry 6, but due to the fact that a number of youtubers and streamers got to play prematurely, the first information from the game has been available to the public since last night. One interesting thing is the youtuber performing under the nickname JorRaptor, who decided to explore the QR codes that appear in the game. And that, according to JorRaptor, there aren’t many of them. For example, they can only link to sites that deepen lore, or entice you to buy one of the upcoming extensions, as is the case with code that wears special robopes around its neck, which you will receive as a manageable partner when you buy a season pass. But JorRaptor was not satisfied with just these blbinkami and searched further until he found a 6-second video that could potentially refer to a new game or mode for Far Cry.

He found the relevant QR code on military containers and crates, which occur in bases on individual islands in the game. It’s basically not uncommon, because the wooden crates that most likely contain weapons or ammunition are literally at every turn, so it was only a matter of time before anyone pointed to the link. However, the video itself is quite interesting and without official information from Ubisoft gives room for numerous speculations and considerations of what it actually means and what the developers are going to do. The clip is very fast and without slowing down or stopping, some details can escape, but on closer inspection you can find a handful of guides to follow.

First of all, the section of the map appears to have been torn from the Himalayas by the temple in the northwest, clearly referring to Far Cry 4. The map also shows four arrows that turn into skull coins at the end of the clip, which JorRaptor concludes players. From here, we are not far from the idea of a multiplayer game, whether competitive or cooperative, which would be rather atypical for Far Cry on a larger scale and regardless of the available two-member cooperation. Other coins depict animals, another very strong feature of the Far Cry series, and they are not only predators, but also tall or smaller animals. That they will attack the players is clear from another shot of the 6-second clip, which also shows the location where the attack is likely to take place – Sky Temple from Far Cry 4 – as well as the fact that the animals are equipped with armor and probably serve someone.

If such a mode, but even better a stand-alone game, occurred, it would be in line with Ubisoft’s previously introduced plan to add free to play parts or spin-offs to the main series, which should not be just a sticker, but a full-fledged part of Ubisoft’s portfolio. If this happens in this case, we do not know, but the discovery of JorRaptor is not just that, and in line with previous statements, it is almost certain that Ubisoft on something works.
