The iPhone SE 2022 is selling badly, isn’t it?

Recently we heard all kinds of reports about poor iPhone SE 2022 sales. Known source Digitimes however, says something completely different.

Read on after the ad.

iPhone SE 2022 seems to be selling well after all

Several sources recently reported that Apple is selling fewer iPhone SE 2022 devices than expected. Both well-known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and Nikkei Asia confirmed this at the time. Digitimes however, now reports something quite different; according to the source, Apple has not yet made any changes to the number of iPhone SE orders. That means there are still as many iPhone SE phones being made as before.

If the sales figures are really that disappointing, Apple would really scale down production. At least you would think so. Apple may want to build up inventory for the time being to avoid shortages in the future. If sales remain low, Apple may not drop production numbers until the third quarter.

The features of the iPhone SE 2022

All in all, there is no concrete evidence whatsoever for the allegedly disappointing iPhone SE 2022 sales. Ming-Chi Kuo and Nikkei Asia however, they are usually right – and let’s face it, the iPhone SE 2022 is anything but exciting. The device has impressive specifications, but it lacks a wow factor. If the sales figures are actually disappointing, we will not be surprised.

More about Apple’s latest budget iPhone

You might not tell it from the outside, but a lot has changed on the inside of the iPhone SE 2022. Thanks to its powerful A15 chip, the device is faster than all competitors – regardless of the price. Apple has ‘borrowed’ the A15 chip from the much more expensive iPhone 13 series. This chip is also energy efficient, so the battery lasts a long time.

For even more speed, you can use the new iPhone SE in combination with a 5G subscription. Yes, you read that right – the new SE finally supports 5G. That means you can surf the internet faster than ever. So no more stalled series on the train. The device costs 529 euros† For this you get 64GB of storage space. The 128GB version costs with 579 euros five bucks more.
