The Motorola PEBL (U6) was a colorful phone released in 2005. The manufacturer dipped the device in several cans of paint, which resulted in the release in the colors blue, black, cherry red, orange, green and pink. The PEBL was a so-called clamshell, or a flip phone with a screen on both the inside and the outside. On the outside, this was a narrow screen with a monochrome display.

Folded open, we saw the sleek keyboard, as we also saw with the RAZR. Above that, the Motorola PEBL U6, as the phone is called in full, was equipped with a 1.8 inch display with a resolution of 220 x 176 pixels. In terms of possibilities, the phone was not entirely extensive. The phone was equipped with Bluetooth.

Motorola provided the PEBL (U6), also known as PEBL (V6), with a storage space of about 5MB. You didn’t really need more. You could take pictures with the VGA camera and it has such a low resolution that they don’t take up too much space.
