Ratchet & Clank – Rift Apart: All 25 Gold Bolts – Locations with video

In a two-hour presentation there were details of what will change in the upcoming versions of iOS, iPad OS, watchOS and of course macOS.

A couple of highlights:
Facetime will soon also work in the browser, so even Apple users will not be able to take part in a Facetime call.
In addition: Background noise should be calculated out with a little artificial intelligence.
With Universal Control you can link your Mac with other devices and work seamlessly and share files across multiple Apple devices. Fancy!
Siri’s voice recognition is now carried out on the devices themselves. This means that the assistant will now also react if you are in a dead zone.
With Focus, notifications under iOS will soon be re-filtered: Notifications from messengers will come through immediately, all others will be summarized in overviews.

Not a new MacBook Pro

Something we strongly expected did not come about. There is still no sign of life from the large MacBook Pros with the M1 chip, even though many analysts expected at least an announcement.
Perhaps the MacBook Pro was held back after all, after all, the same experts also said that it was because of the current chip shortage may not go on sale until the end of the year.
A look at the YouTube tags that Apple used for the stream recording shows that the new MacBook was probably taken out of the WWDC’s program at short notice. Including: “M1X MacBook Pro”.

Either way: keep your eyes open when you buy a MacBook, because both models with Intel and the current M1 chip are still being sold. So if you want the newer hardware, you currently have to go for the smaller model.

Facebook is planning a smartwatch

How The Verge reports, Facebook is currently working on its own smartwatch. Special feature: built-in cameras with which you can share photos and videos directly via the Facebook apps, including Instagram.
What can go wrong there?

“Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart” convinces critics

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was released on Friday and was well received by testers, has a Metacritic score of 89 and our tester Olaf also gave the game a high 9.4.

Not only is the game itself convincing, the management behind the title also makes headlines. As some developers report, there was not a single crunch during development.
So it’s still possible to create great AAA titles without the developers working to the point of exhaustion.

And what do you do with good games: You like to share them with friends, for example by streaming them.

Every 10th German gamer streams

A study by Statista shows: Every 10th German gamer streams their own gameplay via Twitch or YouTube Gaming.
And since many do not have a PS5, from today some will be watching the lucky few who can already play Ratchet & Clank.
