The Czech Republic won the world competition in Huawei mobile photography

Huawei, in collaboration with an expert jury, closed and evaluated the fifth year of the global talent competition a few days ago NEXT-IMAGE Awards. The decision on the best authors of photographs taken using the brands’ phones had a very significant Czech footprint. The three winners of the “Global Prize” (and, among others, the new $ 10,000 grant for their own artistic development) also include Czech Zdeněk Dvořák, who sent a whole set of photographs documenting his daughter’s birth as part of his application. His film “I’m a father !!!” won the main prize in the competition and was evaluated by a professional jury as photo of the year.

“I am a self-taught photographer who has gone through several courses, but most of all I learned by trial and error. Now I live mainly by photographing children in kindergartens and photographing weddings. I took photos documenting the birth today stařičkým Huawei P9. It was my first good photo car. I still have him at home and I’ll never get rid of him. Every time I see him, he reminds me of that day and this victory. I entered the whole set that captures more than 30 hours before the daughter was born. It is not possible to capture a photo once.
