The authors of Layers of Fear will release the Israeli horror film Dark Fracture -apkrig

Dark Fracture is an independent psychological horror from the Twisted II Studio team. The first person game takes us to an isolated corner of the United States in the 1990s. The main character is a man named Edward, who has a lot of personal problems and lives in isolation. He is a lonely man haunted by a tragic past. He loses more and more contact with reality, until eventually events pull him into a strange and twisted world.

The authors promise that the choices we make during the game will affect the outcome of the game. We are attracted to the horrors inspired by Giger, and indeed his biomechanical surrealism was one of the first things that came to my mind when watching the trailer. Similar to the recent erotic horror film Lust from Beyond. We are supposed to see an obscure mysterious story Dark Fracture promises realistic graphics, parallel worlds, work with inventory and objects directly in the game.

The Polish company Feardemic, owned by developers from the Bloober Team studio, recently chose the game for its portfolio.

Is there another world, or is it just a product of Edward’s mind? We also come across terrifying visions. Therefore, as in other psychological horror films, we must follow our sanity here, because exposing the protagonist to terrifying events can definitely deprive him of his sanity. In a similar way, we will make sure that we have a light source and do not stay dark for long. The game should offer procedurally generated events, various random paranormal scenes, and a variable position of important items with each new game.

The fact that the novelty could get out of the waters of the horror average is already indicated by a few details. The game was recently selected for its portfolio by the Polish company Feardemic, which is owned by developers from the Bloober Team studio, experienced authors of the horror films Layers of Fear, The Medium, Observer and Blair Witch. Feardemic will not only help with resources and marketing, but also get the game on the console. But Dark Fracture remains an author’s game, no one interferes with the vision, the main author promises.

The second positive indication is the fact that a free trial called Dark Fracture: Prologue is available on Steam. According to the publisher, it was downloaded by almost a quarter of a million players and was nominated for several awards. The demo was released last August and has a very positive rating on Steam. After all, you can try it yourself.

Dark Fracture is aimed at PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Switch. It should be released next year. The title was created over two years and began as a small student project of a single enthusiast. Its author, Nissai Becker from Tel Aviv, eventually left the main job because of him and began to devote himself fully to it. Originally, the title was supposed to be published in parts as early access, but the idea came down and the complete game will hit the market right away.
