The 5 most indispensable apps of 2022 according to Kelly

The DroidApp writers share their most must-have apps from the past year. Today Kelly shares her most must-have apps of the year 2022. Which apps in the menu were most tapped to open?

Essential apps from Kelly

This year I come up with an almost completely new list of 5 most indispensable apps. The apps mainly came after the birth of my son. If you are curious about my list from last year, you will find an overview of my must-have apps for 2021 here.

Luvion

The Luvion app can be used to view the baby monitor’s image. But can also be used to adjust the image. You can also take a photo of the image or take a screenshot. I have never used the last 2 functions. I regularly use the app when the baby monitor receiver is empty or when I wake up at night from my son looking at the image. Which is also useful to use the app if you have to go to the neighbors for a short while, so you can still keep an eye on the image because the app works via the internet.

24baby

24baby

I often used the 24Baby app during pregnancy, but it is also useful after giving birth. Ideal for when you don’t know how to classify the feeding schedule, but also useful to ask for tips, for example, if there are teething problems. You see that many still use the app after pregnancy and you see well-known names again and again. Also nice to follow the development of the other children from December 2021.

ParentApp

Parent app

I use the Parent app on two fixed days a week anyway. This is the app used by the nursery. Here they post pictures of your baby, a day report is written and they keep track of the feedings and naps. You can also send messages here and you will be kept informed via messages. It works very fine.

AH Albert Heijn app

Albert Heijn

Since we use the AH delivery bundle, the Albert Heijn app is indispensable. On Friday, view the folder for the following week and easily put some groceries on the list for delivery. I also use the functions to scan products in order to add them to the list and recently I also used the app to scan the groceries in the store. This all works ideally. You can also recently link your debit card to the app and also arrange payment via the app.

Oops I Grow app

Oh I Grow

In the first 20 months, babies enter a mental developmental leap. You can keep an eye on this via the Oei I grow app. You can also see when your child is in a jump, so that you can also recognize any signals. Then you have a good chance that you will see skills that he / she couldn’t before. Always very interesting to read and also nice to know why my son can be a bit more out of his mind for a certain period.

I also use the Flitsmeister and Google Maps apps regularly when I’m on the road. And also make extensive use of WhatsApp, DroidApp and Gmail.
