Tesla began offering its own clever thermostatic heads
The Tesla brand has two new pieces on the Czech market that fall into the category of smart homes. And they will come in handy before the approaching winter. These are thermostatic heads Tesla Smart Thermostatic Valve a Tesla Smart Thermostatic Valve Style. While the former is controlled primarily by several classic buttons and has a standard monochrome display, the latter is really “more stylish” and relies mainly on communication with the mobile application, which is complemented by the possibility of setting the temperature by turning. Otherwise, both are technically new very similar.
Both heads can handle the M30, M28, Danfoss, RA, RAV or RAVL terminals and their functions include open window detection, holiday mode, automatic and manual mode, eco mode or temperature offset. The battery in the “Style” model will last up to 24 months, in the case of the second variant it is 18 months. Both Tesla thermostatic heads communicate via the Zigbee standard.
Tesla Smart Thermostatic Valve comes out on 799 CZK, Tesla Smart Thermostatic Valve Style stojí 1 290 CZK. The price of the basic Tesla Smart ZigBee Hub central unit, which the heads require for connection to WiFi and a telephone, is CZK 699.
