Stronger battery and fast charging
OnePlus has officially introduced another model from the Nord series, which includes more affordable smartphones. OnePlus Nord CE will want to build on the success of the original and at the same time the most equipped Nord.
According to the manufacturer, Nord CE should not be a successor or an improvement of the previous model. Users should take it as an “additional option”. What does the novelty offer?

OnePlus Nord CE has enough power
Inside is an upper-middle-class processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G. As its name suggests, it lacks support for 5G networks. The graphic part will be provided by Adreno 619 graphics. The smartphone comes in versions with 6, 8 or 12 GB RAM, the storage has a capacity of 128 or 256 GB.
The package will please with the basic protective packaging and there is also a 30 W charging adapter. The manufacturer boasts that a 4500 mAh battery (the original Nord has a 4115 mAh battery) can be charged with WarpCharge 30T Plus technology from 0 to 70% in 30 minutes.
Nice display and current Android
Not to forget the 3.5 mm audio jack and will enjoy the matte finish of the plastic back, which should resist fingerprints well. Of course, the operating system Android 11, which complements the superstructure OxygenOS 11. The manufacturer promises 2 years of major updates (new Android) and 3 years of security updates.
The display is of the Fluid AMOLED type, has received FHD + resolution and will be pleased with the 90 Hz refresh rate. Its diagonal is 6.43 ″. The thickness of the device is 7.9 mm and the weight stopped at 170 grams.
OnePlus Nord Ce cameras
The photo equipment consists of three sensors at the back and one selfie camera at the front. The main lens received a resolution of 64 megapixels and an aperture of f / 1.8. Unfortunately, it lacks optical image stabilization. It is complemented by an ultra-wide-angle sensor and the third is an unnecessary depth sensor. The selfie camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels.

Competition
The novelty will primarily be competition in its own ranks. The original Nord still offers a slightly more powerful processor and an unnecessary macro camera in addition. However, its battery is weaker and the charging speed is the same. The same are the displays, the plastic back or the 3.5 mm jack.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G is a strong competitor to every midsize model. Its battery is a bit weaker, but it won’t disappoint. It offers a 90 Hz AMOLED display, a very decent 64 MP camera and fast charging with a power of 33 W. However, it lacks a 3.5 mm jack and a fingerprint sensor is on the side, which suits many more. Stereo speakers can be an advantage.
