This new smartwatch from HUAWEI works on the Harmony OS smart ecosystem that allows you to install apps on the smartwatch. This watch has an extended battery life, which means that it lasts 14 days with normal use or 8 days with intensive use (Watch GT 3 46 mm). The HUAWEI Watch GT 3 also has even more workouts to keep track of. There are now over 100 to choose from, including hiking, biking, open water swimming, triathlon, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and golf.
The AI Running Coach is a personal running coach that offers you a weekly training plan based on your personal data. You can also use the new running ability measurement Running Ability Index (RAI). This feature uses historical data of running heart rate, pace, and other data to analyze running performance after each workout, helping users understand workout progress and see improvements.
In addition, the Watch GT 3 is full of sensors and an extra accurate GPS. Of course you download apps and you can receive and read your notifications on the screen.
The smartwatch also runs on HarmonyOS and keeps track of all kinds of health data for you, including heart rhythm monitoring and warnings in the event of an abnormal heartbeat, SpO2 monitoring, sleep and stress monitoring, and healthy life notifications.
