Snapdragon 870 and 108-megapixel camera
The flagship Xiaomi Mi 11 was the first smartphone on the market to offer the 5 nm Qulacomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. Its manufacturer has now introduced the model Xiaomi Mi 10swhich uses the weaker 7 nm chipset Snapdragon 870 5G. According to the portal GSMArena but it also has a 108-megapixel camera, a quality display and wireless charging.

Quality AMOLED display, the best speakers on the market and a 108-megapixel camera
The all-glass body of the novelty is made of tempered glass Gorilla Glass 5. It will be available in black, blue and white. The front is dominated by a curved 6.67-inch AMOLED display with HDR10 + support. Its resolution is 2340 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The display also includes an optical fingerprint sensor and a 20-megapixel selfie camera. Harman Kardon stereo speakers, which have been tested, will ensure quality sound DxOMark the best on the market.
At the back is a camera with four sensors, which are stored in a vertical position in the upper left corner. The main lens is a 1 / 1.33-inch 108-megapixel sensor from Samsung with f / 1.7 aperture and optical image stabilization. It has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and two 2-megapixel sensors – depth and macro. Recorded video can have up to 8K resolution at a frequency of 30 fps.
Snapdragon 870, 5G support and large battery
The performance of the Android 11 system with the MIUI 12 extension is taken care of by the aforementioned 7 nm chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G with 8 GB and 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM, respectively. UFS 3.0 internal memory is 128 GB or 256 GB. Unfortunately, the microSD card slot is missing. There is also a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Connectivity is provided by 5G, LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, infrared port, NFC chip and USB-C.
The 4780 mAh battery is charged with 33 W Quick Charge 4+. There’s even 30W of wireless charging and 10W of reverse wireless charging. The Xiaomi Mi 10S will go on sale in the Chinese market on March 12 for in terms of 435 euros for the version with 8 GB RAM and 490 euros for the version with 12 GB RAM. Price and availability for the global market have not yet been announced.

What is the competition like?
An excellent alternative to the Xiaomi Mi 10S is the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Its display has a refresh rate of 90 Hz, the camera also offers 3x optical zoom and the body meets IP68 water resistance certification.
The competition at the same price is the Huawei P40, which lacks Google applications. Another option is the Motorola edge model, which attracts with its waterfall display. A good alternative is the Realme X50 Pro 5G, which has an extremely fast battery charge.
