Six Ages 2: the sequel to the cult strategy role-playing game has an iOS release date (trailer)

Spiritual successor to the unalterable masterpiece King of the Dragon Pass (released in 1999), the Six Ages saga still skilfully mixes narration, role-playing and strategy (largely a morning of diplomacy). Add to these ingredients an extremely well-written screenplay, dialogues chiseled to perfection, and you get an absolute reference of a hybrid genre… without real competition. Six Ages 2: Lights Going Outthe sequel to Six Ages therefore, is announced on iOS for August 21, and it is necessarily a small event (it should be a big one, but at a time when the slightest ultra-formatted AAA is in the gaming news, it should not be surprising…).

Six Ages still takes place in the world “Heroic Fantasy” of Glorantha (if Runequest rings a bell…) and this time, the base of text and dialogues is rich with more than half a million words. A monument is coming… Six Ages 2 can already be pre-ordered on iOS at this address. The game will be available in the App Store on August 21, and it’s an understatement to say that we can’t wait…
