Samsung rolls out new update for Galaxy S21, A52s, Note 20, M21 and Tab S8
A lot of updates are rolled out by Samsung. Multiple smartphones and tablets are updated with new security update, some updates with new features. We have listed the details.
Galaxys with updates
Samsung has opened the update gates considerably. First of all, there’s a new update for last year’s high-end range. The Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+ and the S21 Ultra will be updated with the September 2022 security update. This is the most recent update from Google and, along with these patches, also brings Samsung’s own patches. Other than that, there don’t seem to be any new features or major changes. This new security patch is not only available for the S21 series; Samsung is also rolling it out for the Galaxy A52s. Again, we do not see any major changes or new functions.
Another update is ready for the Galaxy M21. This smartphone will receive the August security update. We also see that the Galaxy Note 20 and the Note 20 Ultra are both being updated. Samsung is rolling out the September patch for this. Karel also reports us an update for the Galaxy Tab S8+, which is also distributed for the Tab S8 and Tab S8 Ultra. The update brings stability improvements, but does not go into detail about what exactly has been improved with this update.
The devices will receive the updates from now on. When you can download this, you will receive a notification on your smartphone or tablet.
