Samsung gives Galaxy S21 series and S10e December update; World Cup update for Galaxy Watch 4

New updates are rolled out to various devices. Samsung is rolling out an update for the S21 and S10e, but updates are also available from Nokia and Motorola.

Update for Galaxy S21 and S10e

At Samsung, the starting shot has been given for a new batch of December updates. Several models will see the new December 2022 security update arrive. This is the case with the Galaxy S21 series and the Galaxy S10e. Striking, since Samsung seems to have a different update policy for the S10e than for the other S10 models.

As mentioned, the update is therefore also available for the Galaxy S21 series. This concerns the Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21+ and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. On top of Google’s patches, Samsung also added its own December patches to the update.

Galaxy Watch 4

An update is also rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4; Danny reports to us. His smartwatch will receive the same World Cup update as the Galaxy Watch 5 was previously rolled out. This makes it possible to choose a special dial with a ball. It was about time, because the World Cup ends this weekend. But better late than never. The update has a size of approximately 449MB.
