Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and Fold4 are official
Samsung has presented two new devices. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and the Fold4!
And that brings us to the fourth generation of Flip and Fold devices. Both devices contain new innovations compared to their predecessors to last at least another year.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4
With the new Galaxy Z Flip4 it is possible to take hands-free videos or group selfies from different angles. By partially folding the Z Flip4 you activate the FlexCam. The camera is optimized for apps like Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
You can take even better photos and videos with the phone thanks to the improved camera with a sensor that is 65% brighter. There is also a powerful chip in the smartphone, namely a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
The Galaxy Z Flip4 can record, play back and connect between charges for longer thanks to the larger 3,700mAh battery. With Super Fast Charging you can charge up to 50% in about 30 minutes.
The design is also different. Including a thinner hinge, straighter edges, frosted glass on the back. Both the cover screen and the main screen can be customized with Galaxy Themes.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4
The second newcomer is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. The device comes with Android 12L, a special version of Android made by Google for large screens, such as foldable devices.
New is the introduction of a Taskbar, with a layout similar to that of the PC. This makes multitasking even easier. The phone’s screen is brighter and 7.6-inch in size, with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
The phone’s camera has been upgraded with a 50MP wide-angle lens and the 30x Space Zoom lens. You also have a larger pixel size with a sensor that is 23% brighter for better photos during the day and at night.
Prices
The Samsung The Galaxy Z Flip4 comes in the colors Bora Purple, Graphite, Pink Gold and Blue. There’s also the Galaxy Z Flip4 Bespoke Edition, where you can choose glass colors and frame options in 75 combinations.
The suggested retail price of the Galaxy Z Flip4 is €1099 (128 GB). The Galaxy Z Fold4 starts at €1799 (256 GB) in the colors Graygreen, Beige and Phantom Black with a Standing Cover with Pen. The Fold4 is also available in Burgundy color, with additional storage capacity of up to 1TB via the brand’s website.
The pre-order of the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 will begin on August 10, and delivery will begin on August 11.
