Samsung Galaxy S9 gets 100MB major update: this is new

A new update is now being distributed for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+. Both smartphones have not received an update for a while, but suddenly an update is available.

Update for Galaxy S9

Do you still have the Galaxy S9 for daily use, or is it perhaps already gathering dust? Users still have the S9 series and Samsung has not forgotten the device yet. The manufacturer is rolling out a new update for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, Harry told DroidApp. This spring, support officially stopped for the Galaxy S9 series, but that apparently does not mean that Samsung is no longer looking at this series at all.

In March, the Galaxy S9 series was already updated with the March security update, and that has not changed with this update. The changelog of the update does promise that the overall stability of functions will be improved, although this of course remains a general story. In recent times, several old Samsung smartphones have been updated with a GPS fix update, and it is quite possible that this includes the improvements as well. The update has a size of 96.11MB and is now rolling out for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+.
