Samsung is doing good business with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, according to new information. The Korean manufacturer supplies the device with an S Pen and can be seen as the successor to the Galaxy Note. There are now figures available on the sale of the device.

Galaxy S22 Ultra is doing well

Earlier this year, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S22 series. The smartphone series consists of three devices; the Galaxy S22, S22+ and the S22 Ultra. The latter can actually also be seen as the successor of the Galaxy Note series. The Ultra model also comes with the famous S Pen that allows you to get even more out of your device, as we wrote in our Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra review. And Samsung is doing good business with this device, according to the latest reports.

A generally reliable source reports that Samsung is on track in terms of sales with 10.9 million units in its first year of availability. The Galaxy Note 20 series, which consisted of two devices, ‘only’ sold 7.5 million times. With the Note 10 series this came down to 9.5 million, where the Note 9 sold 9.6 million copies. The Galaxy Note 8 currently tops the list with 10.3 million models sold, but at this rate, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will also overtake that device.
