Samsung Galaxy S20 (FE), Note 20, Z Fold 2 receive Android 12
A whole series of Samsung flagships from 2020 will be treated to the update to Android 12 and One UI 4.0 in one fell swoop. You can expect the update on these devices in the course of the next few days. It comes with privacy features, a new design, improved widgets and more.
Samsung’s Android 12 update
Samsung is eager to update its phones with Android 12 this year. The Galaxy S21 was already next in November and the folding devices of 2021 followed shortly after. are top devices from 2020. The update to Android 12 is ready for the Samsung Galaxy S20 (FE), Note 20, Z Fold 2. This is apparent from tips from several Androidworld readers and information from Sammobile.
In One UI 4.0, users get a new design where the colors of the interface are determined based on the background you set. There are also new privacy features, widgets, camera improvements and more. Samsung covered all the features of the major One UI 4.0 update in these videos, and here’s our screenshots of the key improvements. How to install the update
The update should normally be visible in the notifications as soon as you have it, but you can also search manually. This can be done via: Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Samsung is rolling out the update in phases, which means that it may take a few days before you can also install the update.
