Samsung Galaxy A22 gets Android 13 update
A major update is ready for the Samsung Galaxy A22. The manufacturer rolls out Android 13 for the affordable device, together with One UI 5.
Android 13 for Galaxy A22
Samsung has recently updated quite a few devices to the latest Android version. Now it’s the next phone’s turn and we see Android 13 rolling in on the Samsung Galaxy A22, Jaco tells DroidApp. Together with Android 13, One UI 5 is included and security update November 2022 is also present.
The update brings a series of improvements and innovations. We first see this in the Color Palette. This allows the colors in the interface to be adjusted to the set background. You now have more color options after the update. Furthermore, Android 13 with One UI 5 includes the option to set per app in which language you want to use it, there are minor design changes in the interface such as the camera app, you have more control over your privacy and security, and there is the maintenance mode. Samsung also gives you a new smart widget with smart suggestions, which can come in handy at different times.
The rollout of the Android 13 update for the Samsung Galaxy A22 has now started. You will receive a notification on your device if you can download the update.
