Realme will bring two top 5G models to Europe

An increasingly popular Chinese brand Realme will bring a pair of 5G smartphones to Europe – a game model Realme GT 5G and a mid-range smartphone Realme Narzo 30 5G. The portal informs about it GSMArena. Both smartphones will first be sold in Europe via an online store AliexExpress.

Realme GT 5G

Realme GT 5G uses a powerful 5 nm chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 with a 5G modem. LPDDR5 RAM is 8 GB or 12 GB. The internal non-expandable memory, in turn, is 128 GB or 256 GB. The Super AMOLED display of the Realme GT has a size of 6.43 inches and a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels.

The smartphone is player-oriented, which is matched by the display refresh rate of 120 Hz and 360 Hz touch response. The display also includes a fingerprint sensor and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera has three sensors – 64-megapixel with f / 1.8 brightness, 8-megapixel ultra-wide and 2-megapixel macro sensor.

Connectivity is provided by 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC chip, USB-C and even there is a 3.5 m headphone jack. A battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh, which will be charged by fast charging with a power of 65 W to 100% in 35 minutes, will surely please you. Unfortunately, wireless charging is missing.

The Realme GT 5G will be sold in the Aliexpress online store in blue, silver and yellow leather during June. A cheaper version of the Realme GT Neo Flash Edition should also be introduced today.

Realme Narzo 30 5G

Unlike previous generations, the Realme Narzo 30 5G will be sold in Europe under an unchanged name. The Realme Narzo 20 was sold in Europe last year as the Realme 7i. The official parameters of the Realme Nazro 30 5G have not yet been officially announced, but except for the chipset, they will be similar to the 4G version of the Realme Narzo 30.

Realme 7i

For example, it has a 6.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The camera uses a 48-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors – depth and macro. The battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is charged by a fast charge with a power of 30 W.

According to the manufacturer, it charges to 100% capacity in 65 minutes. The 5G version will definitely differ in the chipset, because the Mediatek Helio G95 does not have an integrated model. Realme Narzo 30 5G is to start selling in the AliexPress store on Tuesday, May 25, when we will also have confirmed the official parameters of the news.

Competition

The Realme GT 5G will compete in the market with a cheaper flagship model than the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. As a player-focused model, it is also an alternative to gaming smartphones. Examples are the Nubia Red Magic 6 and Black Shark 4. The Realme Narzo 30 5G will once again compete with the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G smartphone.
