POCO M4 Pro 5G official: Dimensity 810, 50 MP camera and fast charging
Half a year after the introduction of POCO M3 Pro 5G, we have its successor – POCO M4 Pro 5G. It is a novelty that has been improved in all directions – processor, sensors, charging, design. The report was brought by the GSMAren portal.

POCO M4 Pro 5G: Improvements in every respect
Let’s start with the display. It has not changed at first glance, but there is no need to judge the book by its cover. In fact, it increased by 0.1 ″ from 6.5 to 6.6 ″. However, he was left with FHD + resolution, as well as 90 Hz frequency and the fact that it is still an IPS LCD panel. However, this panel now supports the DCI-P3 standard, which provides a wide range of displayed colors. The sample frequency has been increased from 180 to 240 Hz, which ensures faster input and higher sensitivity to touch.
POCO M3 Pro 5G
The back side has changed completely. After the new, the device looks more like a POCO M3 and less than a POCO M3 Pro 5G. All over the top of the back you will find a large glossy black strip with the word POCO.
However, don’t be fooled by the number of sensors at first glance – there are actually only two. It looks like there should be exactly five. There you will find a new 50 MP main sensor and a 16 MP ultra wide angle lens. This is a nice change, the POCO M3 Pro 5G did not have it, but it had two 2 MP sensors (depth and macro sensor). The resolution of the selfie camera has also increased – up to 16 MP.
Compared to the Dimensity 700, known from the POCO M3 Pro 5G, the new Dimensity 810 processor is built on a more economical process (6 nm vs. 7 nm) and offers higher performance.
The battery has not changed its size, it is still a great 5000 mAh battery, which will offer up to 33 W charging (previously 18 W). This should charge it from 0 to 100% in one hour.
Well equipped facility
This model is very well equipped – there are stereo speakers, IR sensor, NFC, 3.5 mm jack, microSD slot and fingerprint sensor on the side. For many, this mobile phone is better equipped than smartphones for two or three times the price.
Players can also be interested in the new X-axis vibrating motor, which should guarantee better vibrations not only in games.
The smartphone will be available in three colors – yellow, black and blue. It will be sold in two memory versions (4/64 GB or 6/128 GB). By the way, this is a model identical to the Chinese Redmi Note 11, which we wrote about earlier.
POCO M4 Pro 5G will go on sale in China on 11.11, where it will be available for € 199 (eg Aliexpress). He will later come to Europe for 229 €.
