Play modern Dooma in Minecraft -apkrig
We could have played a lot of other games in the service of Minecraft. The new free mod Doomed: Demons of the Nether offers, as the name suggests, gameplay in the style of Doom, specifically the modern ones. The novelty attracts to your own single campaign and you don’t need any other packages for it, everything comes with a modem. Authentic weapons, abilities and cult monsters are a matter of course. Players have to enjoy the brisk movement and action as in the new games from id Software. You will come across bosses and there are also story cut scenes. There are several thematically different levels.
Sibogy estimates that he has spent about 1,200 hours creating the ambitious modification over the past two years.
The project is responsible for a modder nicknamed Siboga and has been in development since 2020. The author also focused on small details, so the Cacodemons, for example, swallow grenades just like in the original. On the other hand, it is not a complete copy of the last two games, the modder specified in an interview with PCGamesN magazine. The mod for Minecraft offers, for example, its own levels, albeit inspired by the mentioned titles.
Level design is new and is intended to offer something fresh even to those who know the last two parts by heart. Sibogy estimates that he has spent about 1,200 hours creating the ambitious modification over the past two years. All this, of course, arose exclusively in his spare time. Although Sibogy has previously created a number of packages and maps for Minecraft, Doomed is his largest project to date.
The main challenge was to limit Minecraft itself, he says. Some things like dashe or glory killy could not be implemented. Only the final boss took him two months of work. At this point, however, the mod should be more or less done. Nevertheless, the Sibogy is still considering a stadnalone map with endless waves of enemies. As you can probably imagine given the trailer, the players praise the project. They appreciate the progress the author has made over the past year, and so far the response seems to be entirely positive.
