You probably haven’t noticed that actor Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard have ended up in a savage lawsuit. The divorce caused Depp to sell his unique penthouse in Los Angeles. Despite the building’s beautiful location and rich history, the apartment is surprisingly cheap: $1.77 million dollars!

The penthouse in question is one of five multi-storey apartments atop the Eastern Columbia Building. The Art Deco building is located in the middle of Broadway in Los Angeles. Depp owned the five separate apartments, which he previously put up for sale for a total amount of almost $ 13 million.
But the penthouse where Johnny Depp lived with his divorced ex has reportedly just now been put up for sale for nearly $1.77 million, although the listing has already been taken offline. Not a lot of money considering Gordon’s penthouse in Amsterdam already cost twice as much. Other apparently inferior penthouses also sold for more.
The penthouse is 158 square meters on two floors and has only one bedroom, two bathrooms, a huge new kitchen, a lounge area and a stylish living room. Furthermore, the penthouse has a roof terrace with a swimming pool, a private spa, a gym and a special zen garden.
And for the storm chasers among us, this isn’t the apartment where Depp lost his fingertip after a fight with his then-wife. As far as we know, the absurd poo incident did not take place in this apartment either; then the price would undoubtedly have been much higher.
