paid content for the popular photo service
It won’t be long before Instagram gets support for paid content. With Instagram Subscriptions, you as a creator (or maker) will soon be able to ask for money for the photos and stories you post on the site.

Instagram Subscriptions as paid content
Instagram is going to focus less on advertising to make money, but is resorting to paid subscriptions. This is evident from the in-app purchases with the Instagram app in the App Store. In this overview, Instagram Subscriptions have now appeared that will cost 0.99 euros per month. This makes it possible for creators to ask for money for exclusive posts on Instagram.
Instagram seems to be following in the footsteps of Twitter, which recently introduced Super Followers (only in the United States). Like Twitter, Instagram gives you a special badge next to your name when you leave a comment (or private message) with a creator you have a paid subscription to. Of course you also have access to the associated exclusive content.
The Instagram Subscriptions is just one of the paid features that the social photo service is experimenting with. According to the latest rumors, Instagram is also looking for options for ‘Exclusive Stories’ (stories in the Dutch version).
Instagram is an online social network to share photos and videos and chat with fellow users. In 2012, Instagram was acquired by Facebook for approximately $1 billion in cash and stock. Despite this, Instagram is still a standalone company.
Instagram came into the news again in 2016 when the design of Instagram was completely revamped. The classic camera in the icon has been replaced by a stylish logo with bright colors. The design of the entire app has also become a lot more subtle, so that the photos stand out better from now on.
