Oppo Find X5 Pro appears in renders; thanks to OnLeaks

After all the news about the Samsung Galaxy S22 and the OnePlus 10 (Pro), it is now time for a new smartphone from Oppo. Images of the new Oppo Find X5 or Find X5 Pro have now appeared on the internet, giving us a good idea of the phone, which has a recognizable design.

On new images published online we see a new smartphone from Oppo. The source itself does not seem quite sure whether this is the Find X5 or the Find X5 Pro, but at least it has a recognizable design. This device should follow the Oppo Find X3 Pro that appeared this year. To clear the air about the name; According to the reports, Oppo would indeed use the name X5 and thereby skip X4. This is not uncommon in Chinese countries. The number four is bad luck according to Chinese custom. For example, OnePlus released the 3 and 5, but no OnePlus 4.

OnLeaks shares the renders of the new Oppo Find X5 Pro, and when these are correct, the manufacturer will stick to the design that it introduced with the Find X3 Pro. What it doesn’t seem to hold on to, however, is the special macro lens with ring flash, which we see with the current model. However, the leak is still somewhat limited in terms of information. The images of this new Oppo smartphone show in any case a device with thin screen edges, where the screen continues on the sides.

For 2022, the Find X5 is also ready, which should be equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen and a triple camera with 50MP main camera and possibly a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset.
