OnePlus will provide OnePlus 10 with MediaTek processor

The OnePlus Nord 2 was the manufacturer’s first smartphone with a MediaTek processor. Now there are reports about the new OnePlus 10, which would also be equipped with a MediaTek chipset.

OnePlus 10 with MediaTek chipset?

We have already heard and seen a lot about the OnePlus 10 Pro, but there was no information about the regular model. Now some more information is trickling in about a new phone from the manufacturer. It would be a device from the OnePlus 10 series, presumably the regular OnePlus 10. This device should become an affordable alternative to the high-end model. By using a MediaTek processor, the price may need to be even lower.

If the reports are correct, the OnePlus 10 will receive a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. This is a processor with a maximum clock speed of 3.0 GHz. In addition, three cores provide a computing power of 2.84GHz and four cores of 1.79GHz. The Pro version gets a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset from Qualcomm. The standard OnePlus 10-series model may be announced by the manufacturer in mid-2022.
