OnePlus gets a lot of criticism after questionnaire about OxygenOS

OnePlus always emphasizes that it considers the opinion of its users very important. With the arrival of OxygenOS 12, that seems to apply a lot less. With a questionnaire about OxygenOS, the manufacturer gets the full brunt.

OnePlus is criticized

Oppo and OnePlus are increasingly collaborating. This collaboration is in the field of software, among other things, where OxygenOS and ColorOS are growing closer to each other. However, this step is not appreciated by everyone. This emerges from the questionnaire that OnePlus has put online. With this list, the company wants to gain insight into the experiences and findings of the new OxygenOS 12.

The new OnePlus 10 Pro runs on this skin from the manufacturer and various models such as the OnePlus 9 Pro are now equipped with Android 12 with OxygenOS 12. It immediately becomes clear that OnePlus has grown more towards ColorOS with the software, and that is with the not positively received by users.

Although the answers to the survey are not made public, we can clearly see the criticism from the responses to the questionnaire. The questionnaire can no longer be filled in, but the reactions continue. It’s clear that OnePlus is receiving a flood of criticism for the changes in OxygenOS 12. Users would regret their purchase, regret the update to Android 12 and someone else would rather have saved up for an iPhone.

Previously, it seemed that OxygenOS and ColorOS would be completely merged, but the company seems to have come back to that before. Pete Lau, the company’s CEO, previously said it will continue to carry the exclusive features of OxygenOS along with the name.
