In a few days, Qualcomm is preparing to present a new flagship chipset for Android devices at its conference. After a long time, we will see a name change in this series, among other things. Instead of Snapdragon 898 comes Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and OnePlus 10 Pro could be the first phone to get it.

So OnePlus will join companies like Xiaomi or Motorola, which are also preparing phones with the new flag chipset. The new flagship series will be introduced (at least in China) in January, while the OnePlus 9 series, for example, was unveiled in March this year. Even so, we can assume that this will be one of the first phones with a new chip from Qualcomm.

As for the other specifications, we brought them to you last week. The phone gets 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with QHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It will be disturbed by a shot in the upper left corner with a 32Mpx selfie camera and the chipset is to be assisted by 8/12 GB of LPDDR5 operating memory. Of course, we can also count on Hasselblad cameras, with the main one getting a resolution of 48Mpx. The phone should also support up to 125W charging. It looks like OnePlus will serve us an uncompromising phone again.
