New multiplayer shooter promises raids in zero gravity

Developer Creative Assembly has been working on a new multiplayer shooter since 2018. Hyena’s sci-fi setting requires you to steal “pop culture artifacts”. The maps not only have passages in zero gravity, but also the presence of other teams that you have to prevail against.

What is Hyenas about?

In Hyena’s sci-fi setting, billionaires have turned their backs on Earth, determined to flee high taxes. Have the Cayman Islands fallen victim to rising sea levels? One does not know. In this escape they used a Zero-G-Tech, which unfortunately crumbled the earth, which was probably already in a bad state. The rest of humanity now lives on this rubble, which the game calls “Taint”, and the rich have colonized Mars. They seem to have everything they need there except for one thing: merch and pop culture artifacts. And that’s where you come in.

How does Hyenas play?

All in all five teams of three try to steal the coveted goods from so-called “plunderships”.
