Our recommendation – October 2022
October is the month of horror, spooky and spooky stories. And Netflix also has some highlights ready for Halloween:
In “Cabinet of Curiosities” Acclaimed filmmaker Guillermo Del Toro’s (Pacific Rim, Pan’s Labyrinth) brings several of his spooky and horror stories to life in a new anthology series.
Those responsible behind “Haunted Hill House” have with “Goosebumps at Midnight” created a new Netflix horror series. This is about a group of terminally ill young people who spend their time in the hospice. They make an unholy pact: whoever dies first sends the others a sign from the afterlife.
In the horror movie “Old People” a mother travels with her two children to her home village to celebrate her sister’s wedding there. But for an unknown reason, the older residents of the village have succumbed to a kind of bloodlust.
