New accessories are only for iPhone users
Xiaomi is best known in Germany for its Android smartphones. However, the Chinese manufacturer is a real jack of all trades and offers much more – even accessories for the iPhone. The new power bank for the cult cell phone covers two purposes at the same time.
The Mijia Outdoor Power 1000 Pro recently showed how broad Xiaomi’s product range is. Because even with solar generators, the Chinese are now involved. The new power bank for the iPhone, which Xiaomi has now presented, seems almost boring. But Xiaomi’s charging solution for the iPhone has a few tricks up its sleeve that many competitors don’t offer.

If you want to charge it, you can place the iPhone on the appropriate charging station. The capacity of the power bank is 5,000 mAhwhich is compatible with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13.
It is not known whether Xiaomi’s 2-in-1 gadget can also be used with the new iPhone 14. Since the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 are almost identical, there shouldn’t be any major problems. Both the charging station and the power bank are charged via USB C. Wireless the iPhone is charged with an output of 7.5 watts.

Xiaomi’s power bank for the iPhone costs the equivalent of around 28 euros. So far, the clever gadget is only available in China. It is not yet known whether and when there will be a market launch in Germany. In this country, the price should be slightly higher than in Xiaomi’s home country, but still far below Apple’s battery pack. The US group sells this for 119 euros – with a lower capacity and without a charging station.
If you don’t want to wait for Xiaomi: Anker offers a similar combination of power bank and charging station, which also has a capacity of 5,000 mAh. At a price of around 110 euros (see Amazon), the Anker model is significantly more expensive.
