Netflix runs up to five minutes of advertising per hour

The biggest change is the ads, which will interrupt the stream of the new basic subscription. Viewers should then see an average of between four and five minutes of advertising per hour while using the platform.

Also, Netflix limits the video quality of the stream to 720p/HD. However, this not only applies to the new subscription with advertising, but also to the existing basic tariff.

Netflix also announced that a limited selection of films and series will not be available for licensing reasons. However, the platform is working to fix the problem. Another limitation: The new Netflix subscription with advertising does not include a download function.

Netflix is ​​courting advertisers
