Netflix lets you sign out on other devices; remove hitchhikers
Netflix has rolled out a new feature that can better prevent sharing the subscription. You can easily pick out free-riders on your subscription. It also helps if, for example, you have used your account in a hotel or holiday home.
Netflix lets you manage logged-in devices
We see a new feature being rolled out by streaming service Netflix. Users are presented with an option to see which devices they are all logged in to. The feature is called “Manage access and devices.” There you will then see an overview of which devices you are logged in to. With the push of a button you can remove a device from it. Once this is done, you will no longer be able to watch with your account on that device unless you sign in again.
It is a highly requested feature, according to Netflix. For example, when you use the service in a hotel or at a holiday address. With the push of a button you can still log out of your Netflix account. It may also help with Netflix’s recent announcement to charge those who share their accounts with others.
Netflix’s feature is now available in the browser and in the Android and iOS apps.
