The new Mon Espace Santé service will allow everyone to be involved in their health on a daily basis. It will give access to the old DMP (Shared Medical Record) as well as to secure messaging, but also to a health diary, and to a catalog of applications referenced by the State. All users who already had a DMP before July 1, 2021 will automatically find their data when activating My health space.
My health space is a digital public service. It allows you to keep your health documents and data online, such as the history of your illnesses, your prescriptions and treatments, your allergies, your vaccinations. You can establish your medical profile and find your documents easily.
