In recent weeks we have already seen several new smartphones from Motorola. However, those devices were intended for the Chinese market. It seems that we will also see new devices in other regions, such as in Europe. Motorola has shared a teaser hinting at an announcement on September 8. The brand places the text “Find yourself closer to the edge”. A clear reference to the Edge series.
It seems likely that Motorola will rebrand the previously announced Moto X30 Pro and Moto S30 Pro into an Edge series smartphone for international markets. In the teaser, however, we see a placeholder that suggests that we will see three Motorola smartphones. The X30 Pro gets a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, along with a 144Hz screen, 200 megapixel main camera and a 4610 mAh battery that can be charged with 125W. With the S30 Pro we see a Snapdragon 888+ chipset, along with a 50MP main camera and a 4400 mAh battery that you can charge with 68W.
