OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite gets Android 13; OnePlus 8 (Pro) and 8T December update

OnePlus will roll out another series of new updates at the end of the year 2022. This is done for four devices from the manufacturer. For example, we see Android 13 for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite and there is also a new update for the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro and the OnePlus 8T.

Android 13 for OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite

Several OnePlus devices have recently been updated with the update to Android 13. Now it’s the turn of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite. The smartphone manufacturer also gives the smartphone the new skin, OxygenOS 13. This addresses certain issues and refreshes the interface. In addition, the manufacturer also added the December security update to the update. This means that the device is a bit more up-to-date. The update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is being rolled out in phases. As a result, it may take a while until every user can download the new update. This can just take a few weeks.

OnePlus 8, 8 Pro and 8T

The OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro and the OnePlus 8T will also receive a new update. The manufacturer is rolling out a new software update for this smartphone with version number .F15. This new update includes a series of improvements and the December 2022 security update. For example, we see improved battery life under various conditions. Furthermore, OnePlus has addressed some issues with a flickering screen, Bluetooth and the system itself, Guan informs us.

The update for the three smartphones from the 8 series will be rolled out from now on, also in the Netherlands.
