Of course you would like to turn around again when you hear a heavy rain shower clattering against your bedroom window. But yes, those school obligations of your little ones, eh… Nevertheless, journalist Marcel van Roosmalen saw his chance and kept his children at home for a day.
His partner, journalist Eva Hoeke, shared a hilarious tweet about it.
Lunch with hot dogs
“I was away from home for two days and I know my Pappenheimers so I already knew they would be having hot dog lunches and pancakes for breakfast,” she wrote. “But that he didn’t take them to school this morning because of ‘too much hassle’, yes, you’ll be surprised again.”
