Malfunction in ABN Amro app: customers cannot log in

Customers of the bank AMBN Amro may currently experience problems due to a malfunction. It is not possible to log in via the app. It is currently not clear what the cause is and when a solution will be available.

AMBN Amro malfunction

It is currently raining malfunctions regarding problems with the AMB Amro app, you can see that thanks to reports from the website Allestoringen.nl. The problems with the app started around 4:30 PM on Thursday. Users cannot log in, so it is not possible to pay someone, consult your balance or transfer an amount.

You will only see a red banner saying that the app is running slower than normal and there is an outage. The bank also says that the problem is being worked on. This is probably a standard message that appears in the event of technical failures. AMB Amro has not yet shared anything about the problem on its website or on social media for the time being.
