– If you are already a MAIF member: Your connection identifier is your e-mail address or your member number, which consists of 7 digits followed by a letter (eg: 0123456A). Your membership number is indicated on all your contractual documents, your green card and your membership card.
– You have joined MAIF VIE: Your connection identifier is your membership number. This number is in the form P456789B. You can find it on all your contractual documents related to MAIF VIE.
– You are not MAIF insured: Your connection identifier is the e-mail address you entered when you made your quote or created an Internet account.
