MacBook Pro 2021 is really coming: ‘Apple starts mass production’
The release of the MacBook Pro 2021 is not long in coming. Apple is said to have started mass production of the new laptops. It is not yet clear when the new MacBook Pro will be announced.

Mass Production of MacBook Pro 2021 Starts
Apple factory workers have to work. Between 600,000 and 800,000 units of the all-new 2021 MacBook Pro are expected to roll off the production line by the end of November.
DigiTimes writes that the mass production of the new Pro laptops has now started. The website has discussed this with those involved in the production process.
They report that the 2021 MacBook Pro will come in two sizes: 14 and 16 inches. The biggest change is the arrival of a mini LED screen. Apple already uses this display type for the iPad Pro and excels at showing contrasts. Where a ‘normal’ LCD screen consists of several hundred LEDs, thousands of LEDs are needed for mini-LEDs.
New design coming
DigiTimes also expects that the new MacBook Pro will have a fresh design. Apple’s best laptop has looked pretty much the same for years, but is now set to take on a more industrial design. The new MacBooks are rumored to have an industrial design with harder edges and a more angular design.
It is not yet clear when the release of the MacBook Pro 2021 will take place. Since the iPhone 13 will (most likely) be announced in September, October or November seem like logical options.
Apple is rumored to be launching several new products this fall, including the AirPods 3 and Apple Watch Series 7. It is therefore unlikely that the company will make all of these announcements at one event.
