M1 Max MacBook Pro has a mysterious Turbo mode
To get the most out of your new M1 Max MacBook Pro, Apple has come up with a Turbo mode. It now appears.
It’s brand new and something we don’t know about the MacBook Pro to date. A special virtual button to maximize the focus on the hardware. This High Power Mode is over Steve Moser from Macrumors discovered in a beta of the OS. Apple hasn’t said anything about it yet, but it seems obvious that the M1 Max MacBook Pro is equipped with this feature.
We already know such techniques from various Windows laptops. There are also special game functions that have a similar application. Whether you’re about to play a graphics-heavy game, or are about to export an 8k video. With the High Power Mode you can temporarily let the laptop focus on what the computer has to do.
The M1 chip in the MacBook Air, for example, is already a very powerful chip. The M1 Max goes a long way on top of that. Intel and AMD will look somewhat convulsively at what Apple is putting down here. However, they do not have to freeze from competition outside the Apple computers. As a result, Intel and AMD can still supply to other parties with, for example, Windows computers.
According to the report, the new High Power Mode or Turbo mode is an exclusive feature on the 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Max chip. That means you have to dig deep into your pocket if you want to take advantage of this. The M1 and M1 Pro don’t get access to that turbo power.
