Lord of the Rings: Rise to War soon available on iOS (trailer + preview)

Here is a surprise, which also coincides with the upcoming release of the series on Amazon Prime Video : The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is entitled to two new trailers (all in cinematics or almost). The game is also offered in pre-order on theApp Store, but it will probably be better to keep a cool head. The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War was indeed entitled to unflattering reviews videos (YouTube) a few weeks ago, videos that allow you to discover a title freemium (probably pay to win) with fairly poor graphics, and where the strategy aspect seems far from any sophistication specific to the genre.

We also note the gems / gold combo, generally a strong mechanical index of gameplay massively “free-to-pay”. What also to say about screens for the most part static, total absence of animations during the fights, and an overall impression of “déjà vu” with the only difference being a Lord of the Rings skin to pass the sauce. In short, we don’t believe it at all, but it’s up to you.
