LOL: Bruce Willis gets his own category at Razzies
Bruce Willis is apparently so good at bad movies that he’s the star of the anti-Oscars. A new category is coming to the Razzies called “worst Bruce Willis movies”.
The Oscars always let us know what to watch or see, but sometimes it’s claimed to lose its value and be one big bland party. Maybe people who claim that like the parody counterpart more. That is the purpose of the Golden Raspberry Awards, better known as the Razzies†
Razzies
At the Razzies, it’s the opposite world compared to the Oscars. They take the bulk of the latter’s categories and hand out the awards to the one who performed the worst there. Something stood out in this year’s nominations. Namely that eight Bruce Willis films have been nominated for the Razzies. Of course you know Willis as a tough hunk in all kinds of Hollywood blockbusters, of which the Die Hardseries is the most famous. We think it’s a hard term to hit the bottom, but it seems that Willis no longer gets his shine in good titles. If it’s up to the Razzies, that is.
New category Bruce Willis at Razzies
Because of those eight nominations, the Razzies thought it was time to create a new category: the Bruce Willis category. With this, Willis is not placed with the regular candidates, but in his own category. Then an actor already portrayed by the Razzies as a bad movie actor, now becomes an über bad movie actor. It concerns the following films:
- American Siege
- Apex
- Cosmic Sin
- Deadlock
- fortress
- Midnight in the Switchgrass
- Out of Death
- Survive the Game
If you’ve seen one of these movies (or several, or even all of them), cast your vote to see which one is the icing on the cake for Bruce Willis. A nice dubious price.
Incidentally, the motto for the entire Razzies seems to be: don’t take it too seriously.
