KPN outage leads to problems with calling and surfing

KPN is currently experiencing a disruption, as evidenced by tens of thousands of reports from users. People have no coverage and cannot use mobile internet. KPN’s subsidiaries were also affected by the outage.

There are currently technical problems with KPN’s network, as evidenced by the tens of thousands of reports that were received on Allestoringen.nl in a short time. We also see a similar trend at Simyo, Youfone, Lebara and Budget Mobiel. These are providers that also use KPN’s network.

The vast majority of reports on All Disruptions are related to problems with mobile internet and a smaller proportion of customers say they cannot make calls. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with the provider’s wired internet. KPN speaks on Twitter about failure in a response to users. There are users who comment that the services are starting to work again.
