Kindle: An application and thousands of free books!

To each his own style

Comics, novels, personal development, science fiction, all genres are at your fingertips. One click and the book is borrowed and available in the library personal. On the page of the book we find all the necessary information: details of the edition, back cover, presentation of the publisher, extract, biography of the author, comments from other readers (this is important especially for lesser known titles).

Paying the subscription is not an obligation

To have access to all the titles available, it is theoretically necessary to take out a subscription for an amount of €9.99/month. It’s a good investment knowing that this represents the average price of a paperback to have access to thousands of others, but paying is not an obligation since Kindle offers a vast selection of books that we can consult for free. In effect, the Amazon Prime subscription which includes Prime Reading is currently offered for 30 days (90 if you are a student!) and gives you free access to several thousand books or magazines. In other words, more than enough to occupy the rainy afternoons of our autumn weekends.

An almost perfect application

You don’t have to be a seasoned reader to use Kindle. This application is particularly practical because you can take your library everywhere. Nevertheless, we would tend to expect for this kind of applications, more fluidity and a slightly less sober design. But these are only small points compared to all the advantages it has: a very, very wide choice of books and magazines, a bookmark, a personalized library, the possibility of borrowing books as long as we want access to literary novelties…

In addition, your application is connected to all your media, you can switch from the reader to the pc via your smartphone, you can resume your reading where you left off. What more ?
