Kids should be taught about cryptos!

Children learn at school how to deal with money, it might be wise to add cryptos to this.

Digital coins are becoming more and more accepted. In the future, use will only increase. The future is our children, so it’s not a bad idea to teach them what cryptos are and what you can do with them. In America there are already ideas about this.

Children and cryptos

America often leads the way. Now again. New York City Mayor-elect Eric Adams plans to make NYC the center of crypto and innovation. He says schools should be opened to teach cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, noting that Bitcoin is “a new way to pay for goods and services around the world.”

The mayor said this in an interview with CNN Business Sunday. He also explained that he would like to have his first three paychecks in Bitcoin.

Adams was asked, “Would you encourage businesses in New York City to accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies?” He replied: “We are going to look at it. We are proceeding cautiously.”

Mayor of New York

Not an unimportant city in the world after all. The mayor explained: ‘I want to send out a signal. This city was the Empire State… This is the center of innovation, self-driving cars, development of drones, cybersecurity, life sciences. So when I was talking about blockchain and Bitcoin, young people would stop on the street and ask me, ‘What is that? What it is about?’. Reason enough for Adams to back up his ambitions. It is unknown when such schools will open.
