‘It is easier to criticize than to understand’

I think it’s nice and special that I can fill in number 07 together with my sister-in-law Kek Mama. I have a special bond with Kim and that is why I think this is a valuable adventure. Just like our trip to Italy. We went by car and three kids. It was puking and howling, for almost sixteen hours. You can read about this adventure in the issue.

Sickle cell disease

I am proud to recently become an ambassador for the Sickle Cell Fund. I myself am a carrier of a variant and my niece also has sickle cell disease. In one of the stories in this issue you can read why it is so important to share knowledge about this disease, which mainly affects people of color.

Sisterhood

I find the Sisterhood theme very powerful. That’s what we women are sisters. Something we often forget in the delusion of everyday life. And by everything society demands of us. I hope that we will appreciate each other more and more uplift.

Due to my work as an influencer and TV personality, I unfortunately often experience that women express themselves negatively about each other. It is easier to criticize than to understand each other. Every woman does her best in her own way and we should get more inspiration from that. Being a woman is beautiful, but can be a hell of a journey are. That’s why we need each other.

For the rest, the issue is filled with fashion, tall stories and funny anecdotes, among other things. Completely Kek Mama, but with a touch of Maria and Kim.
