In an extensive video review, Colin discusses the iPhone 13 (mini) in detail. The editor of iPhoned is enthusiastic about the latest devices – the camera and battery life certainly made an impression. But he also expresses himself critically – for example when it comes to the screen.
The display refreshes 60 times per second. And in 2021 that is too old-fashioned for a device of more than 800 euros, he concludes. The notch also still takes a big bite out of the screen. Fortunately, that seems to be changing next year; the iPhone 14 models are said to have a punch-hole design. There is no longer a notch, but Apple processes the front camera in a small camera hole.
