The iPhone SE 2020 has been available for a little over a year now, so it’s time to rethink the smartphone. Can he still keep up, or is it better to get another phone? Editor Wouter tells you in our new iPhone SE review update video.
The short answer is yes: the iPhone SE can still keep up just fine. The device is fast enough for everyday tasks, we almost forgot how smoothly Touch ID (the fingerprint scanner) works again and the compact design has something.
But, the phone is not completely perfect. The old-fashioned design will not appeal to everyone and the small screen also has disadvantages. Watching movies or playing games, for example, is no fun.
You can also use the iPhone SE in addition to 5G internet. Only the iPhone 12 phones (and soon the iPhone 13) can handle this newer network. Can you live with all these negatives? Then with the iPhone SE you get the Apple smartphone with probably the best price-quality ratio.
