‘iPhone 14 Pro (Max) gets more storage by default (but you pay more)’
According to various rumors, you get more storage as standard when you buy an iPhone 14 Pro (Max). There is a considerable disadvantage, because Apple’s new flagship is a lot more expensive.

iPhone 14 Pro (Max) gets more storage
The Taiwanese company TrendForce predicts that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will come with 256 GB of storage as standard. This is in contrast to the 128 GB that the iPhone 13 Pro came with on the market. According to the company, that should “make up for” the higher price of the devices.
Reliable Ming-Chi Kuo also contributes to the prices of the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. According to the Apple expert, Apple’s flagship will be more expensive than the iPhone 13 Pro models. Kuo didn’t give exact prices, but he did say you should expect an average price increase of about 15 percent for each of the four iPhone 14 models.
That would mean that the iPhone 14 will be considerably more expensive. We wouldn’t be surprised if the iPhone 14 Pro will cost more than 1,300 euros if we also take inflation and the rather weak euro into account. The iPhone 14 Pro Max then becomes a bit more pricey. That the iPhones then get more storage (256 GB) as standard is nice, but many iPhone owners secretly have enough with 128 GB.

iPhone 14: you can expect this soon
Fortunately, there is also good news, because the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will receive a super fast A16 chip. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max remain ‘stuck’ on the A15 chip, which you also find in the iPhone 13. This will make the iPhone 14 Pro (Max) a bit faster than the standard models of the iPhone 14.
In addition, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are also rumored to have faster working memory. Both iPhones get 6GB of LPDDR5 ram, which is a faster and more efficient type of RAM than the previous generation has.
